I have tracked my parcel RJ513431762CN and it has arrived at jakarta but unsuccesful delivered, can you give me information how i can take my parcel.

Pos Indonesia delivers the parcel for China Post in your country. you should go to your local post office and see if you can pickup the parcel.

I have the same issue. My order says it has already arrived Oman 9th March, it's been 5 days now and I have not received it yet. Who do I contact for this issue? Parcel No.RJ895135064CN

the parcel is in the hand of Osman Post office. you should contact your local Osman Post office and pickup the parcel.
