The seller gave me this tracking number: RK556216620CN
It has been over 60 days

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows "Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )" . This means the parcel was returned from oversea. You can not get the parcel anymore.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress/amazon, you need open dispute to seller and claim refund.
