Hi,

where is my package. Please help me.please send full tracking info.the tracking number is (UB027491060SG),(UR326903709CN).

UB027491060SG has nothing to do with china post. it is singapore Post tracking number. Singapore Post website shows the parcel has not been shipped.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UB027491060SG shows the parcel was shipped on April 18.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
