Hello!

I ordered something from China (tracking no. LZ624014751CN) and it was shipped out on July 25th. As of July 26th 2018, it says that the item status is "dispatch from outward exchange office" with no update since.

Is there any further details that are available on your end beyond just dispatch?
Since China and Japan are relatively close to one another, I wouldn't expect it to take this long to ship...

LZ624014751CN is still waiting for flight space from Chengdu to Tokyo. Please wait one or two more weeks.

Was my package sent using EMS? I thought that it was supposed to be a faster way to ship from China, so is there any reason why it's taking so long?

LZ624014751CN is epacket not EMS. it has lower priority to catch flight space than EMS and usually slower than EMS.
