My items were delivered to China Post at 26-Jun-2017 and not delivered yet.

Tracking numbers:

RF771187625CN and RF772138056CN .

Appreciate your support to have any idea where are my items?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels left china in early July. Normally shipping time to Kuwait will be in 2 to 6 weeks. You need contact your local Kuwait post office and see if the parcels have arrived Kuwait. If Kuwait post can not find the parcel. You should open dispute to seller for refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china on Sep 23. it will travel another 2 to 4 weeks to reach Kuwait. Please be patient.
