Hi,
I'm waiting to receive one package from china what has send from day 28 of july, and on day 01 of August it has left Guangzhou going to Hanoi, but then, i still not receive. So, where are my package?

my track number is LZ627223665CN.

Thanks for attention.

Vietnam Post website shows the parcel is in 128253 - BCP Hoàng Mai 2, Chưa phát được. 28.Không tìm được người nhận tại địa chỉ trên bưu gửi/6.Liên hệ với người gửi, chờ trả lời/Ghi chú.

The address should have delivery problem. You need contact your local post office to pickup the parcel.
