WHEN WILL THESE COME TO MY COUNTRY CUSTOMS ARE JUST SCANNING IT .... NO BATTERY NO LIQUID... LED, AND CIRCUITS ARE THERE IN THE PACKAGE...SO FRUSTRATING ... ONE PARCEL REACHED ME IN 17 DAYS AND AFTER THAT NO PROGRESS
