Hi.. would you help me check these tracking numbers, are they already leave china?
RY784126568CN
RY768220193CN --> is it returned to seller by china customs?

RY768220193CN was rejected by safety check department on Feb 7 What is the item inside?

RY784126568CN was sent to airline. It is now waiting for shipping space from China to Indonesia.

Both of them are necklaces..
RY768220193CN is my second order from this seller, before it only took 2weeks to arrived..
is there any reasons why they got rejected?

the reject might be a mistake. It shows that the parcel was sent to airline again on Feb 9. It should be on the way to Indonesia.

i guess my parcel sent to airline back to seller? there's no further info about RY768220193CN, already talked to seller but he/she still believe that the parcel already departed from china.. what should i do? just open dispute? thanks

Tracking seems to show your item departing China for good on the 9th of February. Average time to Indonesia is about three weeks, so we're just starting to reach the time period where your item is likely to arrive.

If your buyer protection period is getting close to running out, definitely file a dispute. Otherwise, I'd be inclined to wait two more weeks and see if it shows up.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was rejected by safety department. Not sure why they rejected a necklace, but you should open dispute to seller for refund.
