I had ordered two parcels to the same address in Mumbai

RG710405239CN started shipping on December 23
RG712851066CN started shipping on December 27

Strangely, I received RG712851066CN today (it's not reflected in tracking yet) but for RG710405239CN, there hasn't been any update since December 27. The last one being "Outbound Flight Departed".

Requesting help.

Tracking status always freezes for a long time while the item is in transit between two countries.

What does “sent to airline” mean?How long will it arrive after “sent to airline”?

It's also not unusual for items mailed close together to arrive out of order. India in particular tends to be one of the destination countries with long and variable transit times. :(
