If that's the case then why does it say "leaving airport going to next airport/seaport" this means that it is on the plane right? And going to China takes only about 6-8 hours.

Your package might has some problems. Your package status kept repeating 3 times from "Beijing Transit Station export security scan" to "leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport". It usually means your package is rejected by your country's postal service. Or I could be wrong.
