My package track id RY599799066CN is in EDI received state for 3 weeks, Has it left china or is it still there? If so when will it get delivered?

RY599799066CN has not entered India Post system yet. Now is busy season, India customs clearance might need 2 to 4 weeks, please be patient. Once India customs releases the parcel to India Post, you will see India location in http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php
