Hi China Post,

My item shows that the package has left Shanghai Pudong on Jun 28.
There is no update after that.

My Tracking Number is RS685362327CN
Can you please locate where this has reached?

Your parcel left china on Jun 28. China Post can not scan it anymore. so you can not know parcel status when it is outside china. based on our statistics, parcel will take about 2 to 4 weeks to reach UAE. You should get it before end of July.

Make sure your shipper has printed p.o box no. in the parcel, otherwise UAE post will return it to China.

it says 2017-05-25 03:40:55.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
i keep trying to contact seller who just says it has a tracking number. Is this a fake number please. just so i can get my money back

This is real number, but it should be seriously delayed or lost. If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

this is normal. Just be patient and wait 2 to 4 weeks. it should arrive then.

Once parcel arrives UAE, you can track it in UAE post website(google UAE post).
