My order from AliExpress seems to be stuck at customs or this certain office for many days (9 as of now). I have 4 other orders which were made on the same day as this and they are all posted out of China. This order's tracking id is UR304651124CN
Some of my other orders are just 6 days old and have already been sent to Kolkata. This order is about 16 days old. Kindly request your help to find out the status.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UR304651124CN shows the parcel was shipped on April 7.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
