Hello,

My parcel is stuck at "Suzhou Transit Station export customs cleared" for 4 days now.

Parcel No.RK526003590CN tracking result
2016-10-02 15:11:14.0 张家港city 广告分公司 received
2016-10-02 15:57:14.0 张家港city 广告分公司 customs scan
2016-10-02 16:41:19.0 leaving 张家港city 广告分公司 ，next station 张家港
2016-10-10 08:15:47.0 Suzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-10 08:50:42.0 Suzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

I have searched other people's tracking result and usually it takes 1-2 days to reach the next step in the tracking result (I checked about 5 people's tracking result). The next step is always "arrive at Shanghai Int'l Airport".

For example,
2016-06-10 15:45:33.0 Suzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-06-10 16:20:56.0 Suzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-06-12 10:22:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2016-06-12 11:01:52.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

Why is my parcel stuck at the customs after it is cleared? Is something wrong with it? Is it lost?

2. So according to the above tracking your parcel in On Route to Singapore. Did your parcel departed from SUZHOU or will depart from Shanghai. Since we don't have any other tracking nobodies know the answer.

3. One thing is for sure your parcel did pass the Export Customs and is indicating On Route which in fact only that is a great news for your parcel.

4. As far as I can see there is no problem with your parcel, just keep tracking it for more movement or start tracking on the Singapore site.

I think it is strange that the parcel has no new update after clearing customs? From what I have seen, it only takes 1-2 days after clearing customs to reach and leave the airport.

There should be an update saying "leaving _______ Airport going to next airport/seaport".

This is quite worrying and it makes me wonder what is going on. I will keep tracking it for another week, and then ask the seller if there is still no movement update.

No need worry. It is not necessary to have "leaving" as last status. Actually, "export customs cleared" are quite often to be the last status in China. You should get the parcel in 4 to 6 weeks.

My parcel is most likely lost, right?

This page says that the longest time it takes from China to Singapore is 14 days. http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

I need to get my item by 20 November. If it is lost, I need to reorder it and the time left is quite tight.

1. Your parcel is On Route to Singapore since the 10 Oct. When your parcel was receive by China Post on the 2 Oct it was a National holiday all week in China. So basically there was also no movement of mail in China.

2. Please do not forget that the 14 days is only and Estimate Arrival Time.

3. There is nothing wrong in the tracking of your parcel, now it's up to Singapore Post to scan your parcel.

1. No Idea at all I'm not in China. If by 04 Nov you did not receive your parcel, Then just open a dispute to get your money back for non delivery.
