Hi there,

My package (CC471127765DE) reached Beijing and cleared customs last Sunday, however there have been no updates since then. Is everything ok with it?

normally customs clearance can take 2 to 5 days. The status is still looks ok, but you'd better call china post hot line 11185 and inquiry delivery detail. In China, over 20% parcel from oversea have delivery problem because postman do not understand English.

I called several different numbers today, and each department said they don’t know where the package is. Each person told me to call another number. I am very worried as the item is quite expensive. Is there any way to find out where it is?
