RN323636425GB left UK on Sep 1st. Normally it will travel 2 to 4 weeks to reach HK.

BY AIR. but import processing and sorting might take 2 to 3 weeks. time in flight is only small part of the total trip.

not sure if it has arrived Hong Kong or not. Even if it has arrived Hong Kong, At least it has not released from Hong Kong customs.

The package is lost or not...1/9 is in Heathrow Airport and still no respond if it is in HK. 12 days already :-(

your parcel is still in normal time frame, not necessarily lost.

4 weeks already...when will be delivered and where is the package now? I do not believe keeping in the airport so long.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel RN323636425GB arrived Hong Kong yesterday and was delivered today.
