I confused because my tracking was not updated.

Anyone know how to request for update??
I already contact the shipper to update, but he said He can't

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china on Sep 14. Parcel status will not update when it is outside china. this is normal. you just need wait 2 to 6 weeks to get the parcel delivered in your country.
