nothing update since 9-8-2017 until now,(31 days) please give me advise should I'm open dispute or wait some more.. Thank You

the parcel stuck in Guangzhou for one month and was just released yesterday. you can wait 2 more weeks. if you can not get it by Sep 19, then open dispute.

how many days should I wait before my package will be delivered? I'm from Philippines and it was already in Philippines in Aug 28, 2017.

your need go to your local Philippines Post Office , pay duty and collect your parcel.
