Post Same status for more than three weeks

I ordered two items from aliexpress with tracking numbers
RO454501111CN
RY947523194CN

Both show departed country of origin and seem stuck like that for 3weeks..Has it reached India/kolkota? Thanks
All other items I brought reached India within 2-4days after being shipped from china

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the numbers were sent to airline on Apr 7.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

you need wait about 2 to 6 weeks to get it in India after sent to airline. Once it arrives India, You can track India location in http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php .

Thank you very much sir.
But why the delay? Rest of my parcels through china post registered air mail reached india in 2-3days and I could track it too.

register airmail speed is like lottery. Some parcel might be very very fast while others can be very slow. This is normal.

the factor of the delay can be very complex and none can control them, so you can not speed up the parcel even you know the answer. I can only tell you that your parcels are NOT lost, they are on the way to India, no need worry anything at this moment.

This parcel is showing the same status for more than 70 days now..Is it lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RO454501111CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Apr 11. Normally it should arrive India in 2 to 6 weeks. It should have some problem.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute.
