1. My personal opinion is the parcel won't make it for X Mass. But it's your parcel not mine. Maybe you should contact seller and tell them that the parcel is block in Guangzhou and that you would like to have your money back.

2. Parcel to India can take from 11 to 51 days in good condition.

is this parcel going to india? I am from the philippines, tracking number RF449721211CN and it says average time is 14days, shortest 9days and longest 20days

RF449721211CN is going to Phillipines, not India. Now is rush season, shipping time is longer than regular season, you should count 30 days shipment time.

2. The above parcel is going to Philippines but right now (07 Dec) it's at the Guangzhou Export Security Scan and also remember your parcel was not mail before the 23 Nov. Also note that the parcel almost took 2 weeks to get from Yiwu city to Guangzhou.

3. Also China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for your country Philippines is between 9 to 20 days in the best conditions.

4. Right now every Post Office over the World is their busies time of the year, so mail is really slow now.

Yes, but what I want to know if it is possible to arrive to PHILIPPINES before Christmas, your reply above was pertaining to INDIA, I want to know if it's still the same case, thanks

RF449721211CN is going to Philippines not India, so you need worry about destination is wrong.

You can not know if it can arrive before or after Xmas. Based on my experience, the possibility of arrival after Xmas is much bigger than before Xmas.
