dear team,

kindly advice as I have a shipment from Dewisy.com with tracking number RP443594228SG
at first every time I try to track the shipment it showed as invalid till I spoke with the shipper and demanded to activate the tracking number or send me a new one .
today as I tried the tracking number it showed on the route once and when I tried again it showed invalid once again

kindly advice the statue of my shipment to avoid any scams

RP443594228SG has nothing to do with china post, it is Singapore Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Singapore first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Singapore to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Singapore Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Singapore.
