Please help me track my parcel. I ordered this item last December. I don't know where it is currently. Website says

"Jan 23, 2019 02:37 pm 寄达地Released from customs"

Does that mean it's already in my country's (Philippines) customs?

Philippines Post website shows the parcel arrived PHILIPPINES on Jan 23, Enroute to delivery office.

You need contact your local post office to pickup the parcel.

LT117606738CN seems to be lost .

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by end of Jan, You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress to claim refund.
