Hi, I have got 7 shipments stuck at the Guangzhou airport. Apparently, there is (are) some problem(s) there. I'm not sure what. Probably someone could provide some information here. In particular, I can't understand why the same parcel has to arrive and then leave Guangzhou airport, THREE times.

If that is the case, then, why on 29 May 2016 the new status is
Guangzhou Terminal, left hand navigation

And why is the case that the status has been the same for 4 times? The same status was reported on 1 May 2016, 13 May 2016, and 15 May 2016?

1. The only possible answer to that is the mail bag is trying to get a place in the aircraft but there is no room.

2. If you really want to know for sure just call China Post Hot Line: 86 20 11185, but the only speak Mandarin.

That seems quite awkward. Because I have another shipment that was shipped via Guangzhou airport with a tracking number RI967267985CN has clearly left the Guangzhou airport as per its latest status
- 【 Guangzhou】Departure at origin country .

Ironically, the latter shipment that has left Guangzhou airport (RI967267985CN) was for my order made on 23 May 2016 and the earlier shipment which was stuck at the Guangzhou airport (RM679884457CN) was made on 24 April 2016. Approximately one month and still going back and forth to and from Guangzhou airport.

Also, I have 3 other shipments facing the same problem; RM679884457CN, RS049482475CN, and RS027320309CN.

From my previous experiences, as long as the shipment arrived Malaysia, then, it should be safely delivered. Since my purchases are all shirts and jerseys.

I don't speak Mandarin which is a problem. Therefore, it is almost impossible for me to ask for what kind of problem there is at Guangzhou airport. Furthermore, since I'm buying something from China and not selling or returning the shipment to China, then, I strongly believe that it is the seller's obligation to help settle the problem. If the problem is with the Malaysian port or customs, then, I will take full responsibility for the shipment.

1. Then may I suggest you contact seller and ask him to contact China Post Hot line: 86 20 11185 to find out was is wrong with your parcel. Or what is holding up your parcel.
