Hi there
You will have to wait around 2 weeks and if it doesnt come by then, then fill a dispute with the seller.

normally parcel should arrive Singapore in 2 weeks. The parcel should have problem in customs or safety check point. What is the item inside?

2. Your parcel should have arrive long time ago. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and he can call China Post:11185.

What does this mean? Is it returning back to sender?

1. This is the scan you are talking about:

2. I don't know if you call the seller, if you did, maybe he contacted China Post to find the parcel. What I see is the parcel never departed China for Singapore. It was possibly lost at the Airport.

2. Now it seems, it will start the process of going back to Singapore. Just track the parcel to see anymore activities.
