Hello , my friend and sorry to tell you that our corrupted local saudi post unfortunetaly sent the item with tracking no. : RB653104661CN to another location of 1000 km far from my city . I hope you understand my case and punish our corrupted saudi post for this unfair treatment . Thanks

Unfortunately the shipper and the seller (Crystal zhou) of the store (Shenzhen spark electronic commerce technology co., LTD) refused to refund me , and unfortunately because I already cancelled despute before about shipping tracking info before for this transaction therefore I can not open despute again , so please what can I do now . Thanks

you have little chance to get your money back now. you should not cancel the dispute before you get the goods. However, if you have not left feedback on seller, you can talk to seller that you can leave a good or bad feedback on her according to her attitude of refund or resend the parcel. Hope this will work for you.
