Dear China Post,

Can you please help me check where is my parcel? The tracking number is RR462542149CN. The last update for tracking is on 3rd Dec and it shows that the parcel is undergoing export scan at Beijing.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RR462542149CN shows the parcel was shipped from Beijing to Singapore on Dec 3.

now is rush season, shipping time to Singapore can take 2 to 6 weeks, you need wait some more time.

Dear China Post,

I've got a 2nd parcel posted. Can you please help me check where is my parcel? The tracking number is RR462503366CN. Similar problem, the package is stuck at the export scan.

The last update for tracking is on 4th Jan and it shows that the parcel is undergoing export scan at Beijing.

normally if your parcel stuck in export customs scan status, it means your parcel has left china. China post does not control this parcel anymore.

the status will stuck in "export customs scan" or "sent to airline" for quite long time(2 to 8 weeks) until It arrives destination country and destination country post system(in your case, Singapore Post) scan it and update its status again.

Everything of your parcel looks normal, you just need wait some more time. no need worry.
