hi,
My parcel is stuck at guangzhou and it has been 1 month since delivery . can you fix it?
it usually takes 20 days from china to Indonesia.
my code : RS294216159CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows Guangzhou express 公司 safety check rejected, you need open dispute to seller for non arrival parcel.

2. Maybe they verify the parcel and it made it the safety check and your parcel departed on the 25 Nov and is On route/In Transit to Indonesia.

3. If by 06 Jan you can not track your parcel on the Indonesia Post site, then just open a dispute for non reception of your parcel.

My parcel is stuck. LT500540361CN For the past 13 days it is stuck on the same thing. Please help. Idk how long it will be. I have been waiting a month for this and Christmas has passed. Please help me.

1. This is the last tracking of your parcel from the China Post EMS site:

2016-12-16 00: 00: 00.0 21:22:00 Guangzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to USJFKQ = ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS)

2. Now your parcel needs to be scan by USPS for any tracking information.

My parcel has been showing this status "Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan" since 2017-01-05 11:26:46.0

1. Your parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track in China and has limited tracking. Your tracking is the only tracking available and you will not see anymore.

2. Your parcel can be deliver to you between 30 to 60 days and your National Post Office will deliver the parcel.
