Hi,

2 of my china post parcels with tracking numbers RI587858819CN and RI587858986CN are stuck in the following status for more than 16 days.

KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO Send item to customs (Inb) Air CED MUMBAI(Next office)

Can anyone provide any help?

Either it's held by custom or your country does not scan and update package tracking information. It might take weeks to be delivered to you.

I hope that's not the case since I have received numerous packages(with similar contents) earlier which went through the same process. I know worrying won't help though.

Then it should most likely be the custom that do not scan the barcode to update tracking info.

Its been 18 days and have no update on my packages. Still on the same status. Sent to CED Mumbai.

Kindly help with my china post air mail packages. These are in the sent to CED mumbai status for over 18 days now.

RI587858986CN

Edit: One of them(RI587858986CN) got updated today after I posted this reply. Still waiting for RI587858819CN to be updated.

FYI, the Mumbai CED cleared RI587858819CN in 24 days and I received the parcel in the next two days.

Is there any duty need to be paid for getting goods from China post to Mumbai and how many days it take to reach address given in Mumbai. Thanks

delivery in India can take 10 up to 50 days
