Post Parcel pick up when not in country

Hi everyone,

I have a question about parcel pick up in China.

I'm out of the country for a while and received a parcel that has to be picked up at the post office, but it will be returned to sender by the time I'm back.

Does anyone know if I can ask my housemate to pick it up, if he brings a copy of my passport and maybe proof of residency (lease contract in his name)?

There is phone number, but they only speak chinese, so bit hard to find out...

The parcel will be delivered by your local post office. So you should contact your local post office and see if they allow third party to pickup the parcel for you.
