Question. It has been officially over a month now, since my order was shipped. The tracking has been stuck at "shipped by air" for over 2 weeks now and it still has not arrived in the US. What is going on? I am getting a little frustrated and I hope all items are perfectly functional when/if they do arrive. Can you provide some insight on my shipment Is it normal to wait over a month for something to be shipped from China?

I know its China Post, which is not the fastest but it should have at least arrived in the US by now...

Thanks.

My tracking info: CP373123145CN

what is the weight of your parcel, if it is over 2 kgs. it will go through sea during the main journey even if it shows "sent to airline"(then parcel is simply shipped to sea port by air).

how long do I have to wait then... If I knew it would go by sea I would have ordered the same item somewhere else. SMH!

if it goes through sea, it might travel 2 to 6 months.
