My parcel was attempted to be delivered yesterday but I did not receive it. On the tracking website it says 'Insufficient address - notice left.' My address was correct and no notice has been left, so I have no idea where my parcel is or whom to contact about it. The tracking number is RN240353749CN

Maybe your seller wrote wrong address. You should contact your local post office and try to pickup the parcel.

How can I do that when I have no proof of delivery and I can't speak Korean?
