Post Package cannot be received and got cancelled (“LO083874653CN”)

I have an international mail package “LO083874653CN” being delivered from China to Hong Kong.

It has been already half a month and I still have not received my parcel. I check the status is “cancel”. Please tell me what is going on and how can I get my parcel!?

LO083874653CN was returned to shipper on Aug 27 . You can not get it anymore.

If you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, please open dispute for refund.

May I know why is it cancelled?
I am sure the address is right and I have never received the package! Also, I was never contacted by anyone regarding any problem with the delivery and the cancellation!

LO083874653CN was returned to shipper on Aug 27. Return reason not provided by local post office in Foshan.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
