Hi there,
I was wondering how long untracked small packet will be delivered to Indonesia? it's been 35 days still no good news from local post office, while most of my registered parcels only took 17-21 days

ordinary parcel might take 4 to 10 weeks to reach destination.

Is there any chance for the lost parcel sir? Registered mail is waaaaay better then.
Any suggestion to convince the seller from Aliexpress IF purchase protection almost over and then I open dispute? because there is no tracking info provided.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to aliexpress asap
