Hi ,

I have received an email from Dudes Gadget with below tracking number for my Order #1000122542.
RO137940477CN
When I search in Tracking site its shows the below results , not able to understand wherethe Order is lying

Local Date and Time -9/15/2017 5:44:00 PM

Event Type -Receive item from customer (Otb

Is this Tracking site and Dudes gadget site genuine.

the parcel was just shipped on Sep 15. it will travel 2 to 6 weeks to reach India. Once it arrives India, http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php will tell you india location and status.

Can you please clarify the status as its confusing as it mentions two times arrive in Beijing airport and from 22nd September there is no update

the parcel left china, you can not get new info until India customs release the parcel to India post. this might take 2 to 4 weeks.
