Hello everyone, can anyone help me out, i have ordered digital massager simulator from china and which is retained by the customs and they have send me an letter "notice of call memo/cum show cause notice". and in that letter they have mention it adult toy, declared value on the parcel 16 dollar and they are now asking me the import permit/license issued by the concerned jurisdictional director/ director general of foreign trade, ministry of commerce & industry, govt of India. can anyone help me out what to do and what should i do, if i did not go to them what will happen.
