http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only info "Electronic Data Received". This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post, but never actually shipped the parcel. You should be cautious of fraud.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not get parcel real shipping location information other than "Electronic Data Received" in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.
