I had already sent my post register air mail since 2017-10-08 to Thailand, but it's not arrived yet.

So, I want to ask about time that how long will it take? Where is my mail?

normally parcel should arrive Thailand in 4 weeks. Your parcel might be lost. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you should open dispute for refund.

if you purchased insurance, you can use the insurance invoice to claim compensation. Otherwise your money is lost.
