There is no update for the tracking number since 3rd of August. Please check and advise.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china on Aug 3. normally parcel should arrive Saudi within 8 weeks. So you can not get it by end of Sep, you should open dispute and claim refund.
