I have posted a parcel in Shanghai through airmail and it was supposed to arrive one month ago (within ten days). I did not receive a tracking code at the post office. Is there one or how can I find out whether my parcel is lost? I do have a 'senders receipt', but I can't find a tracking code on it either.

Please help me!!

without tracking number, you can not know location and delivery status about your parcel.
