Post No Shipping Record!

Please help with tracking these two tracking IDs. It shows as "No Shipping Record!" since last 10 days.

Tracking ID 1 - RO285773803CN
Tracking ID 2 - RO285798439CN

Seller says Item was shipped on Jan 3 2019.

Had ordered with same seller earlier and item could be tracked from 3 days of shipment!

http://track-chinapost.com shows these 2 numbers are invalid.

This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

Seller says these packages were shipped with these actual tracking IDs and that delay is from China post side.
They have asked China post to manage it.

Can you check if there is any delay.

I had ordered items from this seller earlier and had a good experience buying from them. Seller seems to be genuine.
Earlier order I made was RM291509459CN.

We only know so far your seller has not shipped anything with tracking number RO285773803CN and RO285798439CN. If seller really shipped the goods, http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php will show real shipment date and from which location.
