Hai, can you help me check my parcel of tracking number RU728873183CN.when i check in tracking it show no shipping record.so this tracking number is valid or not.

no shipping record means the number is invalid. your seller did not ship the goods. If you just got the number, wait one week and track again.

hai, but the tracking number i have got since 3 june 2017.so it this mean the seller is cheating?

if you got the number over one week and still can not track the number. You should be cautious of fraud.

Push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute to ebay/aliexpress. if seller does not response, you should open dispute immediately.
