Hello! Please help me. My tracking ID is RU742838797CN.
The shipment destiny is Vietnam. As it show in the last tracking is
2017-07-12 14:30:22.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
Has the parcel left China? please help me to locate where is it now. Thank you.

RU742838797CN left guangzhou on July 12. normally parcel will take about one week to reach Vietnam from Guangzhou. However, Vietnam import customs clearance time can not be predicted. you can wait one more week and see what happens. If it arrives Vietnam and complete import customs clearance, you can track the parcel in Vietnam post website.

parcel starting with R is airmail parcel.

about 2 week from last tracking update, can you locate the shipment #RU742838797CN ?
whether it arived the destination coungtry or not ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 12. It will take about 2 to 4 weeks to reach Vietnam.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was rejected by Guangzhou customs. You should open dispute to seller for refund.
