Hi,

May i know the exact status of my parcel? Tracking no is UP291274617CN.

I ordered on 1 Nov 2018 and as mentioned in the shipping info, the item should arrive the destination between 14 Nov - 4 Dec 2018. It is now 4 Dec 2018 and I have not received any.

The tracking information does not help as it is only mention the last information which is on 9 Nov 2018, the item was dispatched from sorting center.

Your assistance is highly appreciated.

Obviously your seller gave you misleading shipping promise.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. Now is Xmas rush season, china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.
