hi my parcel number is LZ979789499CN
according to the record, it says that my parcel was successfully delivered @ Nov 02, 2018 06:03 pm but i didnt receive anything at that time....can you guys help to look into this case? thx alot

Singapore Post website shows the parcel LZ979789499CN was delivered on Nov 2. You can call Singapore Post for delivery detail.
