Hi,

I would be most grateful if someone from China may be able to assist me with the above tracking number.

This package was sent to China and the last update on the tracking for 31st May says it arrived in Tianjin but there has been no update since. Has this item been delivered or in the process of being returned or lost?

Hi,

plenty of views but no responses.

Would anyone be kind enough to give me an idea based on their own experiences? Does it sometimes take a long time to update the tracking...is it possible it may have been delivered without a tracking update to reflect this?

Alternatively, could anyone possibly talk to Chinapost in Mandarin to find out what has happened since the last update? I would be most grateful.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived China on May 31st, but has no delivery record. This normally means
1) the parcel has address error or receiver is not available in the address
2) receiver did not really want to give you correct address or
3) receiver refuse to accept the parcel.

If it is 1), you can ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from his local post office.

If it is 3), how long would it be before China post returns the item to the origin which is UK?
