Hi, i have several orders bought from aliexpress shipped using china post reg mail and china post small plus during the china national holidays from 1st - 9th oct. I did not receive most of the items after nearly a month and the sellers are telling me that due to customs delay it can take from 38 days - 60 days?? is that true??

2. Yes your seller is right, please take note that all China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus parcel can take from 30 to 60 days for delivery. This is because those parcel have the last priority in the mail system.

3. Also take note that the above tracking possibly is the last tracking you will see about your parcel. They can only be track in China not in any other country. Also these parcels will be deliver to you just like a normal letter.
