Hi, i was waiting for the following items to be delivered here in Qatar but once the item arrived, i was not notified by the post. so the item staid there for 1 month and when i tried to track online 4 days ago, i found that the item was finally returned to china on 17/10/2016.

RS194393902CN

What is the procedure to return the item here so fare i don't have neither the contact of the online website where i purchased the item nor the contact of china post ?

I am waiting for you response please

1. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do at this point. The only solution that come in mind is to call or go to a Qatar Post Office explain you case and ask them to have China Post return the parcel. That would be your only hope.

2. So according to the above tracking, the parcel departed for a flight to Kuala Lumpur then to Heathrow.

3. Those type of parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, can be track only in China and can take from 30 to 60 days to be deliver. Your parcel will be deliver just like a normal letter would.

thanks for your reply by I have contacted Q-Post Office already and they told me i have to contact the sender (the online website) to send back, but the issue is that i don't have their contact number and the website is closed now.
