hello china post

i have item that not received yet , it is registered mail sent via china post and still Insert into bag .. tracking number is :

RJ902822975CN

sent to Jordan ... where is my item?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped in Nov 2016. Normally shipping time to Jordan should be not more than 50 days. you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel.

parcel number starting with R normally is shipped by air.
