Hi,

My parcel bearing tracking id: RY397142245CN shipped through China Post Registered Air Mail shows that item has departed the country on 30/11/2018 and has still not reached India.

Kindly advise

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY397142245CN shows the parcel is still in Beijing. It should be seriously delayed for unknown reason.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
