The parcel is stuck in Beijing and has been there for like 10 days. Is it normal? Should it be like that?

I called Pos Malaysia, they said they haven't received it yet. Bought it on 20th, but they shipped on 24th. Was really hoping to miss the 11.11 craze at the post offices, but seems like nope.

Anyone from Malaysia has similar experience or even better how long did it take for yours to come since this step and on this step 😮

Hi there,
Im malaysian too and my experience is mainly with china post registered mail.

They all arrived in Malaysia within 3-6 days after the tracking says the items left china. I think your items are currently held up in china somewhere prob in customs or waiting for airline space. Malaysia post and customs are usually very fast in updating the tracking as soon as the item reaches its shore. For some reason, registered mail performs better than a supposed premium service like ems or epacket. Maybe so many people are using epacket now that the quality has degraded due to overuse and overwhelming volume. Even china post untracked small packet plus is doing fine. Its untrackable but always arrives within 2-3 weeks without fail.
